Sign up for an open spot by filling out the enrollment application form and paying the fee, which covers processing costs. If you sign up for a center with no openings, you will be placed on the waitlist.

PACCC’s application fee is $50 per child, per age group. The fee is non-refundable and due at the time your application is submitted. If you are unable to pay via PayPal, please contact enrollment@paccc.org for other payment options.

  • $50 per child to apply for after school care

How to Pay the Application Fee

If you are eligible and apply for financial aid, the enrollment application fee will be waived. Review funding criteria and income guidelines, and download the financial aid application on the Financial Aid page.

Enrollment Procedures

Center tours are highly recommended as they allow you to observe the program and ask any questions you may have prior to enrolling. Schedule a tour for the centers you are interested in visiting using PACCC's online tour request system. You may also email the Center Director to request a tour. Tour dates and center email addresses are listed on each center page.

After filling out the enrollment application and paying the processing fee, the Center Director of your desired center will contact you and ask you to come to the program to fill out a Contract for Services. You will have 48 business hours to accept the enrollment offer.

Enrollment spaces are offered following PACCC’s enrollment priority.

Enrollment Forms

Enrollment forms must be completed once you have accepted a space in a PACCC program and must be returned prior to the first day of your child’s attendance. Forms can be found in the “Forms and Resources” section of this website, or you can click one of the links below.
