Waitlist Procedures

Each site maintains a separate waitlist. Click on the links below to request to be added to one or more waitlist(s). Your request will be finalized and your child will be added to this waitlist once the waitlist fee has been received.

PACCC’s waitlist fee is $50 per child, per age group, and is non-refundable.
$50 per child to be added to the Infant-Toddler waitlist(s)
$50 per child to be added to the Preschool waitlist(s)
$50 per child to be added to the After School Kids’ Club waitlist(s)

The waitlist fee must be paid within two weeks of sending your waitlist request, or your waitlist request will be removed.

How to Pay the Waitlist Fee

Cash payments may only be made in person at the main PACCC office.

Checks should be made payable to PACCC and mailed or delivered to Palo Alto Community Child Care, 3990 Ventura Court, Palo Alto, CA 94306.

If you are eligible and apply for financial aid, the waitlist fee will be waived. Review funding criteria and income guidelines, and download the financial aid application on the Financial Aid page.

Enrollment spaces are offered following PACCC’s waitlist priority.

Center tours are highly recommended as they allow you to observe the program and ask any questions you may have prior to enrolling. Schedule a tour for the centers you are interested in visiting using PACCC's online tour request system. You may also email the Center Director to request a tour. Tour dates and center email addresses are listed on each center page.

If space becomes available at your desired center, the Center Director will contact you and ask you to come to the program to fill out a Contract for Services. The space will be held for one week.

Enrollment Forms

Enrollment forms must be completed once you have accepted a space in a PACCC program and must be returned prior to the first day of your child’s attendance. Forms can be found in the “Forms and Resources” section of this website, or you can click one of the links below. They are easily downloadable for you to complete, save and print.
