At Sojourner Truth Child Development Center, we strive to build quality relationships with not only the children, but their families as well. I believe the work of young children is play and children learn through play. Teachers and students learn best in a community setting. Our goal is to provide the necessary resources and information for children and their families to learn and grow. The needs of each child are different and unique, which helps them to develop a sense of autonomy and personal responsibility. It gives them the ability to learn independently, and it is essential for success in life.
