2024 Community Health & Resource Fair

Have you completed your registration?
There is no fee for your organization to participate in the fair. We kindly ask for $20 gift card donations (Visa, Target, Walmart, grocery stores) that can be given as raffle prizes during the fair.

Please to join us for a day filled with educating our community about safety, health, and wellness issues as well as services provided by your organization. Additionally, there will be blood pressure and vision screening, free fresh produce, a kid zone with kid-friendly activities, live entertainment, and raffles with gift cards, gift baskets, and a variety of other prizes.
WE NEED YOUR HELP!
Your assistance with sharing our flyer last year contributed to a successful Community Health and Resource Fair. We were able to provide information regarding community services to over 400 community members. Free bags of fresh produce were also given to 200 community members. Our goal is to make this year’s event bigger and better. Please share the attached flyer with your community contacts, neighbors, friends, churches, social clubs and on your social media platforms.
